Our Story

Stella Cavalla began with a feeling, an absence.
As both a rider and an artist, I could never find equestrian wear that matched the way riding made me feel. Everything felt too stiff, too flashy, or simply lacked soul. I wanted something more: elevated, honest, effortless.

With a background in photography, I’ve always been drawn to the natural beauty of the equestrian world, the golden glow on a horse’s coat, the strength in a rider’s stillness, the quiet magic of stable life. I set out to create clothing that captured that same quiet power.

The name Stella Cavalla “star mare” is a tribute to my deep love for mares and the feminine energy they embody: intuitive, bold, grounded. That spirit runs through every piece we design.

This brand began with the styles I wished existed, and quickly became something more a space where modern riders can feel empowered, comfortable, and effortlessly themselves. Whether galloping my mares or competing across Sydney, this is the wardrobe I dreamed of, now made for you too.
